Ingredients:

10 oz. French bread
6 tbsp dried apricots
10 oz. milk
3 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground cardamom
¼ cup whipped cream
4 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

1. Melt butter by heating in a saucepan then add milk.

2. Cook until warm, then stir in vanilla sugar, salt, ground cardamom,
ground nutmeg, and brown sugar.

3. Continue mixing the milk mixture until sugar is fully dissolved.

4. Spread French bread and dried apricots in the Crock Pot.

5. Beat eggs in a bowl and add to the milk mixture.

6. Stir in cream and mix well until fully incorporated.

7. Pour this milk-cream mixture over the bread and apricots in the Crock
Pot.

8. Put the cooker’s lid on and set the cooking time to 5 hours on Low
settings.

9. Serve.
