Ingredients:

7 eggs, beaten
4 oz asparagus, chopped, boiled
1 oz Parmesan, grated
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon dried dill

Directions:

1. Pour the sesame oil in the Crock Pot.

2. Then mix dried dill with parmesan, asparagus, and eggs.

3. Pour the egg mixture in the Crock Pot and close the lid.

4. Cook the casserole on high for 2.5 hours.
