Ingredients:

½ cup flour
¼ cup skim milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chili flakes
4 sausages, chopped
1 egg, beaten
Cooking spray

Directions:

1. Mix flour with skin milk and baking powder.

2. Then add salt, chili flakes, and egg. Stir the mixture until smooth. You
will get the batter.

3. Spray the Crock Pot with cooking spray from inside.

4. Then pour the batter in the Crock Pot.

5. Add chopped sausages and close the lid.

6. Cook the pie on High for 3 hours.
