Ingredients:

10 oz. chicken breast, sliced
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp minced garlic
½ cup white beans, canned
¼ cup green peas
1 cup chicken stock
½ avocado, pitted and chopped
1 tsp ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Place the chicken breast in the Crock Pot.

2. Drizzle salt, onion powder, chili flakes, black pepper, and minced garlic
on top.

3. Pour the chicken stock on top of the chicken.

4. Put the cooker’s lid on and set the cooking time to 2 hours on High
settings.

5. Now add white beans and green peas to the chicken.

6. Close the lid again and cook for 5 hours on Low setting.

7. Shred the slow-cooked chicken and return to the bean’s mixture.

8. Mix well and add chopped avocado.

9. Serve the burrito with avocado on top.
