Ingredients:
1-pound ground beef
5 eggs, beaten
1 cup grass-fed Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
1 avocado, peeled and diced
A handful of cilantro, chopped
A dash of hot sauce
Directions:
1. In a skillet over medium flame, sauté the beef for three minutes until
slightly golden.
2. Pour into the CrockPot and pour in eggs.
3. Sprinkle with cheese on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Close the lid and cook on high for hours or on low for 6 hours.
5. Serve with avocado, cilantro and hot sauce.
