Ingredients:

1 cup steel-cut oats
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 cups of water
2 tsp flaxseed
Cooking spray
2 tbsp blackberries

Directions:

1. Coat the base of your Crock Pot with cooking spray.

2. Stir in oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, maple syrup,
flaxseeds, and water.

3. Put the cooker’s lid on and set the cooking time to 8 hours on Low
settings.

4. Stir well and serve with blackberries on top.

5. Devour.
