Ingredients:

2 cups oatmeal
1 cup of water
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon liquid honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coconut oil
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients except liquid honey in the Crock Pot and mix.

2. Close the lid and cook the meal on High for hours.

3. Then stir the cooked oatmeal and transfer in the serving bowls.

4. Top the meal with a small amount of liquid honey.
