Ham Stuffed Peppers

Cooking Time: 4 Hrs
Ingredients:
3 bell peppers, halved and deseeded
Salt and black pepper to the taste
4 eggs
½ cup milk
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
½ cup ham, chopped
¼ cup spinach, chopped
¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with green onion, salt, black pepper, spinach, milk, half of the
cheese and ham in a medium bowl.
2. Cover the base of your Crock Pot with aluminum foil.
3. Divide the egg-spinach mixture into the bell pepper halves.
4. Place these stuffed pepper halves in the Crock Pot.
5. Drizzle the cheese over the bell peppers.
6. Put the cooker’s lid on and set the cooking time to 4 hours on Low
settings.
7. Serve warm.
8. Devour.
